A growing pharmacy group was managing travel-clinic appointments across branches with paper diaries and phone calls.
We built a booking platform where patients choose a branch, complete their travel risk-assessment form online and pay a deposit — all before they walk in. Pharmacists see a single calendar per branch with the completed paperwork attached to every appointment.
The result: fewer no-shows, less time on the phone, and a travel service that scales across new branches without extra admin.
