A GPhC-compliant eCommerce store selling OTC lines and private services, with P-medicine questionnaires and click-and-collect built in.
A busy London pharmacy wanted to serve patients beyond its front door.
We designed and built a full online store: OTC medicines, vitamins and retail lines, with P-medicine questionnaires enforced at checkout and all the regulatory pages a pharmacy site must carry. Click-and-collect drives footfall back into the shop, where staff can upsell in person.
Orders land in a simple dashboard the team runs from the dispensary between patients.
